Refund policy


RETURNS & PROTOCOL CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the bio-secure, clinical nature of our ingestible cellular products, Kinetic Soma enforces a strict return and refund architecture to ensure the absolute safety and integrity of our global supply chain.

1. Unopened Standard Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened, with the clinical seal fully intact, and in its original premium packaging. Any product that shows signs of tampering or opening will automatically be rejected for return.

2. Return Process & Fees To initiate a return, please contact our support team via our contact portal. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our distribution hub. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Kinetic Soma cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked return packages.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment gateway (minus any original shipping fees) within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Compromised Shipments If your product arrives with a broken glass vial, compromised seal, or shipping damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will fast-track a replacement protocol to you immediately at no additional cost.
